We are looking for a Laboratory Director to join our team. You will work with a young and enthusiastic hardware engineering team to solve technical challenges in board level engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct a team to investigate engineering technologies for ICT products, focusing on board-level high-speed architecture (112 Gbps+) and multi-physics simulation modeling of high-density heterogeneous modules
- Established a world-class laboratory by aligning the company’s strategic technological goals with local competitive resources, delivering core technologies and platform capabilities to products
- Actively sought out local emerging technology trends and concepts, explored future-proof technologies, and fostered the company’s growth within the local tech industry by identifying and integrating strategically advantageous resources
- Facilitated a collaborative environment for local partnerships, expanded academic and industry networks, increased contributions and influence within the local tech ecosystem, and bolstered competitiveness through strategic proposals and technological advancements
- Enhanced organizational strength and vitality by implementing a flexible human resource strategy to build a high-performing team; collaborated with industry experts and high-potential talents; supported CSR initiatives by developing local talent and establishing a pipeline of fresh talent
- Developed the center’s platform capabilities within the assigned region and communicated core values in a cross-cultural context, fostering an innovative and open organizational climate
Key Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in high-speed or multi-physics simulation or NDT testing of PCB board-level engineering technologies
- Expertise in board-level architecture design or complex module design for high-speed signals (112 Gbps+), with advanced knowledge in high-speed signal architecture design or multi-physics simulation modeling
- Proficient in project management, covering commercial, technical, and legal aspects
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing a diverse team in a collaborative manner; familiar with cross-cultural development environments.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
