High Precision Mechanical Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Design Expert to join the innovative team in Stockholm. As a Mechanical Design Eexpert, you will be responsible for leading the R&D team in the design and development of high-precision electromechanical equipment. You will work closely with our system design teams in HQ to ensure the successful delivery of cutting-edge products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D team in the design and development of high-precision electromechanical equipment.
• Oversee the system design and detailed mechanical design processes.
• Ensure the successful integration of mechanical components with electrical and electronic systems.
• Conduct vibrational design, shock absorption, and noise reduction analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and reliability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in mechanical design.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in high-precision mechanical design of electromechanical products and/or motor design.
• Strong understanding of system design principles, vibrational analysis, shock absorption, and noise reduction techniques.
• Experience working with high-precision requirements and tolerances.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a multicultural and international environment is preferred.
