Position: Cloud Partner Development Specialist
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Contract Duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue-oriented partnerships by leveraging market insights to identify suitable partners and collectively achieve business targets.
  • Accomplish sales, market, cooperation, and brand objectives for Our Client’s Cloud consulting and service partners, fostering a cloud ecosystem characterized by technological synergy and mutual business success.
  • Develop strategic plans and business models for Our Client’s Cloud partners in Europe, aligning with company policies, and continuously refine the partner ecosystem and business model.
  • Establish policies and procedures for Our Client’s Cloud partners in Europe, oversee partner lifecycle management, and communicate and clarify policies.
  • Identify key partners in the region and assist in their business development and collaboration efforts.
  • Cultivate industry solution partners and SaaS partners, and support technology partners in developing solutions.
  • Lead Our Client’s Cloud digital operations platform, driving sales, customer, and product operations within the cloud ecosystem, enhancing customer expansion and base operation capabilities, and ensuring a steady pipeline.
  • Foster, empower, and collaborate with Our Client’s Cloud partners, ensuring market integrity and optimizing internal control maturity.
  • Implement talent development strategies for Our Client’s Cloud ecosystem, establishing and managing online and offline training platforms, contributing to career and professional certification systems, and cultivating a talent pool.
 

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in business development roles.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of achieving targets through collaborative support rather than waiting for instruction.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cloud or IT-related fields.
  • Experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development within the IT industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/EE engineering or related fields.
  • Preference for candidates currently working with major cloud providers as partners.
