Diversity averages across niche technology industries are woefully low. Our mission is to help businesses across the globe rectify this.
It has now been proven that companies with at least 30% female representation experience a 15% increase in profitability.
This makes the drive to enhance diversity a sound business decision. Industry averages reveal that only 28% of employees come from ethnic minority backgrounds and just 9% of technical expert roles are held by women.
We work closely with our clients to help them reach their DE&I goals. This sees us doubling the industry averages, with 24% of our technical expert placements being female and 45% from ethnic minority backgrounds.

Our senior leadership team is 60% female, fostering a more inclusive and equitable environment. Our commitment to diversity goes beyond local demographics. While East Sussex has an ethnic minority population of only 6%, our workforce boasts a 36% representation.
We are proud of our ethnically diverse team, which is fluent in 22 languages and maintains a gender balance of 56% male and 44% female members. We also embrace a workforce where 15% identify as LGBTQ+.
