AI Scientist
AI Scientist -LLM Training, Optimization, and Next-Generation AI Research
Position Overview
We are forming a new team of AI scientists focused on advancing Large Language Models (LLMs) and next-generation AI technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research and optimization of LLMs, while also exploring innovative AI areas such as intelligent agents, causal reasoning models, and AI systems grounded in physics. You will collaborate with fellow researchers to drive AI advancements and shape the future of these technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and finetune LLMs for applications across various domains, such as conversational systems, mathematics, and data science.
- Enhance the efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of LLMs to align with evolving business and product requirements.
- Explore and develop nextgen AI methodologies, including intelligent agents, causal models, and AI grounded in physical systems.
- Publish research in leading AI/ML conferences and journals, contribute to opensource projects, and support the team’s global competitiveness in AI research.
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
- Strong expertise in natural language processing and deep learning techniques.
- 2+ years of handson experience in LLM training, model optimization, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience working on intelligent AI agents, causal reasoning, or physicsbased AI models.
- A strong research portfolio with publications in toptier AI/ML conferences or journals like NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ACL, or similar venues.
