Board Level Multi-Physical System Engineer (Cable Arrangement) Â
Primary Responsibilities
- Researched cable management simulation modeling technology for ICT product sub-racks, focusing on cable management under mechanical and bending stress in complex product scenarios, and expanded to include high-speed signal, stress, and reliability requirements
- Undertook technical development projects related to cable simulation tools.
- Offered technical expertise in the cable management field and fostered the development of new technologies
- Collaborated with both local and Chinese teams to address upcoming challenges and contributed to the creation of specifications and design documents
Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of mechanics, flexible system integration, and multibody interactions, including friction and adhesion
- Proficient in multi-scale and multi-physical field simulation modeling, encompassing electrical, magnetic, thermal, and mechanical aspects, and their effects on high-speed signal integrity
- Familiar with cable simulation modeling tools (such as IPS) and industrial multi-physical simulation modeling tools (such as Comsol), including the understanding and application of governing equations, as well as material properties and their impact on simulation processes
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a diverse team environment
- Must be eligible to work in the European Union
- Proficiency in English is required
