- Solid understanding of business management principles.
- Preferred qualifications or experience in project management.
- Proficient in market research and strategic planning.
- Background in BIWÂ and Powertrain assembly is desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong expertise in negotiation techniques.
