You will be joining a world-leading technology company at their manufacturing technology centre in greater Munich.

Responsibilities

Support laboratory experiments by preparing required materials & meticulously tracking material usage.
Organize & manage inventory of materials & consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Work alongside mechanical engineers to keep lab equipment in optimal condition, handling cleaning & routine maintenance.
Operate lab equipment & assist senior engineers in developing new processes.
Actively participate in team meetings, contribute insights, & provide assistance to colleagues as needed.
Maintain data records & help document laboratory experiments & procedures.

Requirements

Educational background in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
Proficient in microfabrication processes, with hands-on experience using equipment such as photolithography, electroplating, lapping, & wet etching.
At least 5 years of experience in microfabrication, whether in development or equipment maintenance.
Excellent communication & presentation skills in English; proficiency in German or Chinese is an asset.
Highly adaptable & motivated, with the ability to multitask effectively.
A proactive approach, with a “can-do” attitude & willingness to exceed standard expectations.
Strong team player, capable of working effectively in a multicultural environment.
